How the series works

How the series fits your monthly calendar.

  • Monthly hour-long concerts (or twice-monthly for chains).
  • Daytime performances (1:00 or 2:30 typical) — fits memory-care and assisted-living schedules.
  • Sung program notes — the soprano introduces each piece in plain language.
  • Printed programs in large-format type.
  • Single annual contract covering all dates.
  • Multi-community discount when a chain or operator books across properties.
Beyond the monthly series

For your residents' most meaningful moments.

Beyond the standing concert series, communities have engaged the duo for memorial gatherings, dedications, milestone celebrations, and family-day programs. The voice + flute + guitar combination carries weight in moments that call for it without overwhelming a room.

If your community has a particular event in mind — a memorial for a beloved resident, a wing dedication, a centennial, a quiet evening for hospice families — we will build a program for it.

Common Questions

Booking questions, answered

Does the duo perform in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings?
Yes. Programs are adapted for memory care — shorter sets, more familiar repertoire, a slower pace between pieces.
Volume and amplification?
The duo performs without amplification in most community spaces. For larger great rooms, a small two-microphone setup is used.
How long does a concert run?
Forty-five minutes to an hour, plus a fifteen-minute meet-and-greet by request.
Can we book a single concert before committing to a series?
Yes. Many communities start with a single concert and convert to a monthly or quarterly series after.
Multi-property pricing for senior-living operators?
A standard multi-property rate applies when a chain or operator books across two or more communities in a single agreement.
Theme programs for holidays?
Yes. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Father's Day, Fourth of July — each has a prepared theme set on file.
